Hi Bill......Well....it was officially over for me last night at 3:20.

All the barbecued ham was gone and most of the pickers....except Hughie, Bo Parker and Roger

Robinson plus three or four others who didn't want to leave for they were afraid

to miss any of Hughie's spontaneous songs which leads me one in particular.

Something like......." two old hippies in an old Dodge van traveling all across this big ole

land......"Sitting there about half asleep I realized that it was a song in the making....about

my wife and I. So I left and went to my "Dodge motel " wondering what he really would

write about these two old hippies who have hung together for 55 plus years and

done a lot of picking and listening for most of that time. We will have

to wait and see...because Hughie has been around a long time and seen and heard it all. Armuchee

was very special this year......because my friend Norman was there and we gotto

pick a little together...........Tutbro
